Having been born and raised in Stuart and living next door to the Humane Society for years, I found that one of my life’s main interests was the caring for animals.
After school and on weekends, I would volunteer at the Animal Shelter cleaning, feeding and finding adoptive homes for the rescue pets there. Later in life, I was given the opportunity to attend Veterinary School and graduated from Purdue University in 1986.
In 1987 I founded Morningside Animal Hospital in Port St. Lucie and continued to practice there until 2000. At that time, I leased the Hospital to another Veterinarian and continued to practice Veterinary Medicine running Animal Hospitals for those Veterinarians that were on vacation, etc.
In August 2011, I received my Animal Hospital back off of lease, and renamed it Sandpiper Animal Hospital. After extensive renovations we re-opened in December, 2011, specializing in Companion Animal Care.
At Sandpiper Animal Hospital, we treat your pets as if they were our own. I look forward to taking care of your pets health needs and meeting you!
